Purpose of processing of personal data: Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the data furnished by Users of the Metro Online Shop's website and their purchases and to send you offers and other information relating to our online store.

Legal basis for processing: Processing is carried out pursuant to the consent you have given, and additionally processing of your data is necessary to fulfil legitimate interests of Metro de Madrid, namely, defence of its rights vis-à-vis claims subsequently made under administrative and/or judicial proceedings that may be instituted.

 Exercising your rights: If you wish, you may exercise the rights to which you may be entitled under the regulations in force, namely, to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, by submitting a request by e-mail or by ordinary post to the address shown below, clearly indicating "Exercise of data protection rights" [Ejercicio de derechos de protección de datos]:

E-mail address: To the attention of the Data Protection Officer of Metro de Madrid at dpd@metromadrid.es. To include a PDF request digitally signed with an authorised signature (FNMT [Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre – Royal Spanish Mint] or the like).

 Length of storage of personal data: Personal data are stored indefinitely until the data subject withdraws consent.

 Notwithstanding the above, the data may also be stored for an additional time period after consent has been revoked as required for legal liabilities of any kind to which Metro de Madrid may be subject to become time barred or lapse of any rights subsisting in connection with any claims that may have been lodged.

Recipients of your data: No data transfers are envisaged other than as required by judicial authorities, the Public Prosecutor's Office, National Law Enforcement Agencies, or other Government Agencies.

 Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority: If you disagree with the processing of your personal data that is being carried out, you are entitled to submit a complaint to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos [Spanish Data Protection Agency].

Right to withdraw the consent to processing at any time: You are entitled to withdraw the consent given at any time, though doing so will not affect the lawfulness of consent-based processing prior to withdrawal and will result in removal of your data from the files containing data on users of the Metro website, so Metro will not be able to send you offers and other information relating to our online shop
